![]() ![]() Put down roots on your new farm in the peaceful town of Forgotten Valley and tell your own generation-spanning tale in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life. In the west, it is published by XSEED Games and Marvelous Europe. I have no oppinion on rune factory, for i have yet to play them.Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life is a simulation video game developed and published by Marvelous. not to mention a character that both the girls AND guys can marry (they turn into the opposite gender when you do) however, doing so ends the game. Magical melody has all 5 of the girls from the original HM as well as 5 girls from Save the Homeland. however, you can't have kids in this one. it's got most of the girls from Save the Homeland, with more added in, and they're marriable now. i have the game, but have yet to play it, however the girls just seem more bland than the ones in the other games. the game overall is aimed more toward new players as well, so unless you ARE a new player, you may not like it. there's not many girls to pick from, and though the personalities do differ, i've heard that they're just not too appealing. never played it myself, but i would if i could.Īs for the worst. from what i've heard, they toned the personalities down in FOMT. Worst: IoH (To be completely honest, it took me forever to decide who to marry, not because there were lots of good choices, but instead because none were all that great. (・A・)Harsh.īest: HMDS (There are a lot of marraige candidates, and all of them are very nice and have something different and exciting to offer. ![]() The bachelors at least were unique, but damn they were low-tier. marrying my beloved wasn't even possible), and the rest of the characters were just awful. Both games had barely one character I was interested in marrying (and in some games due to glitches etc. Worst sections ever for me was in Harvest Moon DS and DS cute. ♥Īlthough the game graphics do no justice to the original art, I still find it very visually pleasing. Again, a nice range of very different characters with lovely designs and adorable behavior. ![]() I want my Micah & Gaius Bromance! Why I no get? щ(゚Д゚щ)Īnd the best bachelor's this far for me have been in Tree of Tranquility and Animal Parade. I'm still stuck with not knowing who I want to marry. I like pretty much all of the girls there, because of the varying personalities and absolutely breath-taking designs. RomantiC wrote: Best bachelorette's are definitely in Rune Factory 3 shut up it counts as HM too. of the games that are readily available that i've played, i'd go with BTN, since that's had two ports (B&G on the PSP and a port to the PSN) and if you have a PSP or PS3, it's easy enough to buy. Of course, that won't help you choose which game to buy next. they all had distinct personalities without being stereotypes, and they had flaws as well, so they weren't just perfect little pixel wives who might have some issues, but they pretty much melt away as soon as they start liking you or have fairly simple problems (as opposed to having to deal with everyone they love dying, having to deal with an alcoholic and repressive father, having a severe daddy complex, etc.). Of the games i've played, i'd say 64 had the best girls, simply because they were the most complex. The girls in BTN were more fleshed-out, if you liked the FoMT girls but want to see them with a bit more personality. ![]() Same goes for MFoMT, but with boy marriage candidates.Īre you saying that just based on personal preference against mary? i didn't find her any more boring than the rest of the girls in that game.
